Hey, I'm John.
When I'm not helping Shopify brands find the revenue hiding in their email marketing, I'm usually staring at the bottom of my shoe while serving as the lighting stand-in during a client photo shoot.
Seriously.
I've never had a professional headshot.
What I do have is nearly three decades of photos where I'm pretending to be the model while the photographer adjusts the lights, and 20+ years of marketing experience picked up along the way.
I've sold artisan coffee, pet wellness, fitness programs, travel, outdoor gear, college initiatives... even nuclear waste and politicians' dreams.
